Example Timeline: Setup (12:30 PM - 3:30 PM): Juan and/or the band arrive, setting up and conducting a soundcheck to ensure flawless audio. Ceremony (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM)The ceremony music includes: Pre-Ceremony Music: Begins 15-20 minutes before the ceremony as guests arrive and settle in. Entrance Music: Personalized tracks play as the bridal party and bride make their entrance. During the ceremony, the following key moments are supported with audio and wireless microphone systems: Introduction Vows Ring Exchange Readings, Unity Sand, etc. Pronouncement After the ceremony, Juan continues with: Post-Ceremony Music: Plays for 15-20 minutes during the post-ceremony picture time as the couple and their guests transition to the next part of the celebration. Grand Entrance and Welcome Toast (6:30 PM - 7:00 PM): The couple makes their grand entrance as the sun sets. Juan cues an uplifting song, and a family member delivers a welcome toast. Dinner Show and Special Moments (7:15 PM - 8:30 PM): Juan serenades guests with a mix of romantic classics and personalized songs during dinner. Special dedications to family members add a personal touch to the evening. Speeches and First Dance (8:30 PM - 9:00 PM): The best man and maid of honor give their speeches, followed by the couple’s first dance. Dance Party (9:00 PM - 11:00 PM): Juan takes over as DJ, mixing tracks and performing live for select songs while DJing popular tracks and special requests to keep the energy high and the dance floor packed. Closing the Night (11:00 PM - 12:00 AM):Juan wraps up his singing performance with a final song. He then transitions back to DJing, playing the perfect closing tracks as guests slowly begin to depart, ensuring the celebration ends on a high note.
